Dear Parents/Carers of Class Thailand,

We have just had notification from AC Williams that they have cancelled the coach trip to Woolsthorpe Manor on 1st March meaning that the trip is now cancelled. This is beyond our control as a school and we will look to reschedule this as soon as we have been given alternative dates. All money paid will continue to support the trip taking place on an alternative date. Tomorrow is World Book Day and we appreciate that, as the children were attending the trip, they may not have a costume for the planned dressing up. Please note that there is absolutely no pressure to dress up and we will host a book related theme day in the coming weeks for Class Thailand. However, if children from the class have a dress up costume they wish to wear, they are more than welcome!

We are very sorry for the cancellation of the trip and will be in touch in due course to let you know of the rearranged date.
