Christmas Fayre Information

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are looking forward to welcoming you into school for the Christmas Fayre this afternoon from 2.15pm. Please can we ask that you do not arrive before 2.15pm to collect any children as the car park and associated areas will be being finalised ready for the Fayre to begin at 2.30pm.

Please can we also ask that nobody attempts to purchase any items before the official countdown that will begin at 2.30pm.

Should you wish a different adult to collect your child, please inform the school office so that we can make the necessary arrangements with your child’s Class Teacher.

We have made the timings for the Fayre as they are as we hope that you spend all of the remainder of the school day with us. We have copious amounts of stalls both outdoor and indoor as well as refreshments that will be served in the school hall. This year, Mrs Claus has a wonderful grotto for the children to visit for £2 and will also act as a wonderful photo opportunity. We tried our best to get the main man himself, but he is extremely busy and Mrs Claus has said that she is the one who finalises all of his work anyway so it is time for her to get a little recognition. She is quite the character and we are looking forward to you meeting her.

If your child is not signed out by 2.30pm-they will be in with school adults in Class Scotland-make your way to Mrs Mantle in the office who will happily escort you to collecting your child. All children must be collected by 3.30pm.

Finally, wrap up warm-it is very cold and the main bulk of stalls are outside. We cannot wait to share our annual Fayre with you and hope you have a fantastically festive time!
